How to add a digital signature to my program?

How do I add a template like Skype or RingMe to my Outlook 2007 signature that you can click to call someone?

• In Outlook 2003, when creating a signature, you could save a file (e.g., an ".htm" file) as a template and then add that to your signature, For instance, for people who use RingMe or Skype, you could add those icons to your signature. When a person clicked on RingMe, they could then call the person. I use RingCentral (which has the RingMe feature), which is similar to Skype. I downloaded the template, an ".htm" file that has an icon you can click on to call me; I want to use this in my signature. When I went to create a signature to be included in my e-mails, I could only give it a name. There was no option like in Outlook 2003 that let me type in a file name and use it as a template in my signature. Again, the ".htm" file is for the icon that you can click on to call me. Is this feature elsewhere in Outlook 2007, is there another way to do it, or is there no way to do it?
