*Microsoft's free "Security essentials" - very easy to use, no firewall - use windows firwall. Mircosoft provides a free anti-spyware (windows defender) but this is not included in the free essentials download. Updates are automatic. It's free. http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/winfamily/defender/default.mspx http://www.microsoft.com/Security_Essentials/ If you want another example, McAfee is bloated, hard to use, slow, and expensive.
