How can I attach picture to MS Excel, open by hyperlink and email those files.?

• I need to attach few pictures to MS excel, which should be open by hyperlink. and those two files (excel & picture database) have to be emailed. but when the reciver open it. if the hyperlink is clicked, the related picture does not open. How can I link those two file together, inoredr to open the picture, what ever the computer is.

  You could tell the person that is receiving the files that they are to be saved into a specific directory path, named exactly as you have it setup on your own computer. That way if you have a link that is something like this: C:\ImageFiles\JPEG_s\09-11-2001.jpg It will work if they load the image in that path. Another method is to INSERT the images into additional Worksheets and make the hyperlink go to the sheet and cell reference where the image is located: Ex.: Sheet2!A1 Or, you could make the pictures available on the Internet, and then make your hyperlinks reference all of those separate URLs. Otherwise, you will need to create some form of Installation process that will do the install and modify your hyperlinks to point to wherever the files were installed to.
