What Computer is best for playing Sims 3?

After downloading the Sims 3, My computer Shuts Down after an hour of playing. Why?

• I just bought the Sims 3 yesterday, And i downloaded everything. After and hour or two later My screen would freeze Mid-Play and then this blue screen with a whole bunch of writing would flash by so quickly i can hardly read it. Then my computer would restart itself. Is there something wrong with the game or is it my computer?

  Since you did not state what your computer is, nor the OS, version and update level, nor whether the downloads were from a reputable site, we can only give a generic answer. The install was either bad, or you are using to much memory causing the machine to crash. The latter may be due to bad memory installed that has never been used before, and you are just now using an application that requires that much memory. Sometimes a stick will only be bad at the high-end, causing problems only after the machine finally reaches a point of full memory usage. .
