    I had the same problem once, kept this link, worked for me :) Hope this is what you need. http://www.schrockinnovations.com/removenav3.php Edit: You can delete the application, no worries, delete anything that has to do with Norton, search files, etc. and delete in your add/remove programs if you see anything there.
