Whats a good photo editor?

  • i know of a couple photo editors, but i always see cool editing things on other peoples pictures, and the editors that i know don't have cool effects like that. so whats a good photo editor?

Program - I use Paint Shop Pro and pair it up with Animation Shop. They are excellent programs, easy to use and don't cost and arm and a leg =D Online - You can do certain things online, you can try searching 'Online Photo Editing' and see what you get. gimp sucks, believe me, i tried it. your best bet is photoshop, which can be pricey. try finding a free download of it on a torrent or limewire...
