hey as per ur qualification i would suggest u to first get hard with ur basics in C & C++,then go to JAVA,then .NET.now the programming has gone down a lot from development to implementation....i mean with the pace of .NET java has come down but remember .NET is on top now only because of its user friendly nature.without JAVA .NET is nothing.well even then i would suggest u to go for .NET.....ALL THE BEST.
