I just made a website.. whats the best FREE website maker?

i just made a freeservers.com and im using this to promote my jewelry I am selling. the background choices that you can pick from are terrible, and i at least want a website that will let me choose my own colors for the background! goodness gracious. or maybe this website does let you? i just haven't found it yet. please help. this website wont even let you change the font type. or maybe i just need someone to help me.

It depends on what kind of site you want to build. php website and phpbb both have free versions. One is for a blog based site and the other is for a community based site. OR you could always sign up with a hosting company such as freehostia.com.
