What are music loops?

FLASH DEVELOPERS: Where can I download free (and royalty-free) background music/loops (for on-hold music)?

  • I need to create a looping voiceover track for our on-hold music at work. All I can find are websites that want to sell me a CD of royalty-free music, and websites that want to sell me 30 and 60 second loops for anywhere from $20 to $50 each - and that's not even long enough for our purposes. I know that Flash movie developers often use free ambient background music - where do you get it? I AM NOT INTERESTED IN P2P PROGRAMS OR ILLEGAL MP3s

Check www.opuzz.com. I've use them for a couple of my on-hold clients including Oracle. The 2-3 minutes plus track I purchased was $20+ but they have have cds which has quite a number of tracks for 59 nett with free shipping. For loops they have other packages.
