Help with a name for my website business?

Is there a website webbuilder out there to help me create a free online business with my own domain name?

Unfortunately most professional web designers make a living parleying their trade on commission. A good friend would help you for cheap or free most likely, but you'll be hard pressed to find anyone who is any good to do it pro bono unless your website is supporting a good cause (I suggest "Ham for the Homeless") and even then...they'd most likely offer their talents to the parent organization. I'd do it for ham, but only the good cuts.

If you want something professional, then Microsoft Office Live Small Business is a great solution. It has a very good free website designer and you are getting technology for large companies to work for your small business. It also has other things included as well, such as free email, form designer, contact manager, team workspace, etc. This is a free service and Microsoft is offering a free domain name (i.e. yourdomain.com) for the first year. There aren't any free webhosting sites that will allow you to have your domain name for free. You will have to purchase hosting and the domain name for a fee...
