Are there and websites i can convert my video into a gif. Because i can't get gifninja.com to work and i DON'T want to download anything. And the video is on my computer, its not from youtube or anything.

I don't know any website can do that. But i use tipard video converter to do that. It just can make your videos into gifs with amazing high speed. Just have a try.
