How to Set Specific Site Collection as SharePoint Search Scope using C#?

Set up web site search that finds all occurrences of a string?

  • I'd like to implement a search tool on my employer's web site that makes all of the matches for a search string visible on the results page. Currently, with Google custom search, we usually only see the first two or three matches on each page, and in many cases the match that the user is looking for is further down the page and doesn't show up in the search results. Is there a way to make all the matches (or at least more of them) show up in the search results, either through Google custom search or some other search tool?
