How do i create and install a flash image to my website?

  • I am creating a website and I need to put a cartoon type girl (which I have) on my home page. She is wearing a blingy type bracelet and I am trying to figure out how to use flash to have real moving bling in her wrist. Also she is wearing a scarf and I would like to have the scarf represented as blingy. The scarf is silver and I want it to appear to be moving like silver moving water within the scarf area. Please help. And use simple terms for this not so savvy website builder and flash user.

    You can do this by using of dreamweaver only. You have to be good in the coding and php language. Dreamweaver is the best web developing as well as designing software I have ever used.

If you don't need anything to move (like the scarf moving in the wind) but you want the bracelet and scarf to sparkle, an animated gif might be the way to go. Save out many versions of your image and add tiny sparkles in different places in each image, then upload your images to a tool like http://makeagif.com/ If you are really set on learning Flash, a video tutorial like the ones on http://www.lynda.com are pretty great.
