What is the best way to design and create your own website without speaking Computer Language?

    What you want is a WYSIWYG editor (what you see is what you get). Rather than being bothered by markup text and code, you want to drag and drop objects onto a page, position them, set their properties and go. Such tools do exist, Word can do this, but actually you will probably find Dreamweaver more usable. You will find that you will hit limitations with these tools. Some things require code and in-depth knowledge of how these things work. Even using a WYSIWYG editor, you will probably observe and learn these things.

If it is just for social reasons simply anyone can create a website by using any program and saving in web page format, i.e. Frontpage, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint etc. Or you can go to one of the many blog sites and do a simple one online. If however, it is for business purposes, then it is important that it looks professional, you get the metatags right and it all looks clean and legible so I advise getting a web designer to do it for you. No point in putting up a rubbishy looking site which attracts no hits, rather spend the money to get a professional job done - it will pay dividends in the long run.
