Best free website maker help please?

I need some website making help!?

  • I'm making a website, but when I go on sites to help make my website, they dont have the right format where I can post animated dolls and doll makers. If anyone knows a site that has the right format to make a doll maker site, please tell me. :)

    Animated can be put on any hosting site. Doll Makers, if that's an online tool for Viewers to use, would require a server-side program and a database. That will require paid hosting or finding a free hosting site that may allow all the server-side scripting languages you would need. There are two type of web hosters that I am familiar with. http://webs.com or a host like http://bubble.nu bubble.nu offers features similar to http://godaddy.com I don't know what a doll maker is if I knew I could help more.
