    depends on your use exactly. for a bigger wiki site I would recommend using the same engine as wikipedia (mediawiki http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki) for a smaller try using www.usemod.com which is a bare-bones wiki.

Many times they will offer free scripts that will take much time off of your work.
