How do I create a working offline chat room?

I've only got two days to do this, and some help would be great. I'm sure there's a way..i just havent found the right tutorial yet. I need to create a chat room, and be able to run it offline! So the online free chat rooms and stuff won't help..i need to create one on my computer that I can use offline. Then I need to add in bots to simulate chatting people. Let me know if anyone knows of a program or an online tutorial that will help me do this! Thanx Stv

You have to program a SMTP server and a client.it will keep different accounts and stores the messages and when you login it will show you your list.thus you can use JAVA with MS-Access.
