How to Get Main output into Common() method in Java?

May i get help to read from a file and output a formatted version of the file in java?

I have these declared Scanner inFile = new Scanner (new FileReader("Student Report.txt")); PrintWriter outFile = new PrintWriter("Student Grades.txt"); I appreciate the help in advance!

  Be mindfull you can only have one scanner and / or Reader open.
