I use a company called www.megadealhosting.com when i first started I had no idea how to go about setting up a website, but their help was fantastic and still is to this day. You would just need their basic plan which is £0.99p per month. You would also need your own domain name which they sell for £6.99 but the best bit is.... if you pay a year in advance then you get the domain name free ( 99p x 12 = £11.88 - £6.99 = £4.89 for a whole year.) £4.89 for a years hosting which includes your domain name will be better than any other deal you find im sure. Well If u wantd to make a professional website, u shud download dreamweaver instead of usin free webs or piczo.. dreamweaver is bout 100 pounds.. but is worth after dat all you need is to pay for a server and a URL and they vary.

freewebs.com its easy . my 11 year old daughter told me about it. also if you check out Corel.com and Adobe.com there are free trial downloads , I believe both sites have a program or 2 that will help you.good luck.
