I am a freelance web designer. How much should I charge.?

It depends upon the work, for the simple site you can charge up to 25$/ page.For detail design you can charge more than 50$/page

Personally, I only charge for the basic layout, and then minimal time to add pages. That can range anywhere from $200-$500 for the basic layout (including all color choices, etc.). Then each page after that is usually so quick to add, it is only worth charging $20/page or so. Keep in mind that I create sites that basically change any menu options and/or the main body of the document only. I don't completely change the layout from one page to the next.

If you design static websites, the current average price is 10-15$ / page, even less if you use the services of "emerging economies". Not worth the bother... Dynamic websites, with Php making a page, you can expect 100-150$/page. Full web2.0 applications, AJAX interactive, you start at 1500us$ for a basic application.

4 pages design between $40 and $60. the 2 pictures for between $25 and $100 ( depend on pictures )

I got a full layout in php for one of my sites with maybe 10+ images done custom for $200 I usually get custom banners made for $20-$50

Its typically around 90/hour. Less if you're newer, more if you are more skilled. A friend of mine had SMALL webpage made for her wedding business run out of her home, it cost her almost 1000 dollars.

It's up to you. Also depends on content, scripting and time-frames As a base $100 per page would be decent that's just my opinion
