How to compile OpenCV on Windows?

I try to compile my java file but it does not recognise the javac command in windows dos..?

i have install JDK 6...i created this java file from another pc and compiled it and saved the souce file and class file on by USB drive..When i run these java file using java command it runs perfectly but when i edit it and try to compile it give me "javac' is not recognised as an internal or external command,operable program or batch file...How can i fix it????
Answer:

This type of error we get when our java path is not set.To set java path go to my computers>> properties>>Advancesd >> environment Variables >> edit and save here path of your bin folder of jdk1.6
