Add an image to tumblr theme with HTML?

I just downloaded the "feather" tumblr theme by eric hu and I love it! But I reallyyy want to put a picture as the background, I've tried everything and I cannot figure out how to do it by editing the html...can anyone give me specific code help for this specific theme would help me so much! PLEASE AND THANK YOU!
