How to change tumblr dashboard?

How do you change to icons on the top of the tumblr dashboard?

I have google chrome and I tried doing that thing with firefox and it didn't work. This keeps happening: http://s1242.photobucket.com/albums/gg527/samantharose2197/?action=view&current=ask.png . I just want to know how to fix this.

I guess that you trying to get a custom tumblr dashboard to work. You should first of all, clean your firefox cookies, cache, pass, EVERYTHING Go to Tools >> Clear Recent History >> Choose EVERYTHING. After that, update your firefox to the latest version, then try installing any custom dashboard you want again.
