You started with something a bit complicated. A web site should be created on a web editor program, and you should add images there. You can normally insert any external image saved as JPEG, GIF (maybe animated) and flash animations. But you should first learn how a well-designed web site should be done. A good web site should be good for any video/screen, and this means you can not design it a fixed size like you did in photoshop. Of course photoshop is great for creating images, but then you put the images into a grid created with an "invisible table", this is the good way. Well you would open the HTML file that was create when you saved it in photoshop, slice only what is necessary such as the header, the buttons, content box. Then in dreamweaver when you open it, each picture is placed in tables, say you created a content box, and would like to write text there, you would have to delete the picture then add the picture as a background picture for that particular cell. Well if what you want to do is actually 'Post' your website onto the internet then you may want to try using http://godaddy.com/ to find yourself a website that isn't in use. For 1 website it costs $9.99 a year. I don't know how it works exactly because I have never tried it before, but all I know is it works. If you're talking about 'How to use DreamWeaver' then I suggest you read more into your web designing before you make a website. So far you got it all under control, but when you go into the 'Using DreamWeaver' stage you might need to read up on it.
