Converting download links to a website?

Is there any website that i can convert a download link ( which is a direct download link ) into their website to download like this download link http://appldnld.apple.com/iTunes10/041-3541.20120307.Zxr4f/iTunesSetup.exe i need to convert it to another website to download ( without downloading it then uploading it ) just automatically capture with out downloading it again and then uploading it ??
