How to make a layout site?

I just made a myspace-help site and i want to make a layout Generator but i dont know how,can anyone help me??

    Go google, yahoo etc..... then type " myspace layouts, myspace background etc........ or you can make your own layouts or you can choose your own picture from yahoo, google etc...... then save as picture. Go to www.photobucket.com but you had to sign up for your accounts before you upload your picture. Good Luck!!!
