Whic is the best language used to build a secure website? kindly help?

There are so many languages being developed that suggesting a single one is is hard, cause your requirements and resources may be different so these are a few good languages in which a website can be made... .php its good for any regular website (currently most widely used language) .html if you want more complex things java for great graphics but bad for SEO i'd suggest c and\or c++ but they will require cast experience....after all that's where it all began..... also there's stuff like DRUPAL which can be used...... hope the answer is satisfying..... have a nice day

I Disagree that PHP is the best. there is nothing wrong with it, but C# or VB.net are equally as secure. If youre asking this question youre probably pretty new to programming. in my opinion, PHP has the steepest learning curve. on the other hand there are way more resources for PHP than .net

It's not so much the language that is used, but the coder behind the language. If you don't code it properly it won't be secure.
