What is the best way to learn how to draw using Photoshop?

• i wanna know whats the best way to learn how to draw using Photoshop, i mean like straight lines and perfect circles .can i do that using only the mouse or the touch pad on my laptop? i know how to draw on paper with perfect straight lines but when it comes to drawing on the pc , i dont have steady hands .. can anyone plz give me tips ? thnx =)

  You have Photoshop for the wrong reason if you are using it with the expectation of using it for a drawing program. It was designed for a far more sophisticated use. If your want to use your original artwork, then draw it and scan it into Photoshop to do any work you may want, like color resize or any of the thousands of added features.
