How can i set up a website for free with a domain name?

    If you go onto www.freewebs.com you can sign up for a free website with web hosting and everything and then it lets you choose whether you want your site to be www.yourname.freewebs.com or www.yourname.webs.com also if you go onto www.moonfruit.com it lets you make things like www.yourname.mf.biz or www.yourname.biz.com I think that's the closest you can get to a free domain name. You may want to get yourself a free domain from http://surfpaid.co.cc/go/freedomain and link it to a free web host. I did that very thing to my site and it's working quite well. As for a free web host, I suggest you choose 000webhost and register at http://www.000webhost.com/81167.html They allow you to create your own website in HTML or PHP and even allow FTP for easy uploading of site content. They provide 1500 MB of disk space and 100 GB bandwidth and have cPanel control panel which allows very easy site management. Moreover, there is no any kind of advertising on your pages. Good luck!

Hello, As you know .com .net and even .biz are getting so over populated that its getting very difficult to find any thing left that you are looking for. The next big thing is going to be .ws and you can get yourname.ws while it is still available to you. Also, there is a great business you can make out of it as well. Really good and free rarely work together, especially if you want it easily. Bluehost.com is only like $7 a month, there are tons of other options on places like ispcheck.com. All sites have domain names I suspect you want your own name as the name of the site, just to register the name is going to cost about $10, then you need to find hosting. If you just want space to put stuff, try geocites.com

Actually if you want a dot.com domain name it's around 4 dollars a year. There are tons of other free domain names but if you want a dot.com, you have to pay for it.
