Apparently he is going to make everything you want available for free to any one that qualifies. To qualify you must be unbelievably naive or a moron - sounds like you might qualify.

Impossible, you cant. You HAVE to pay for a domain name, they don't just come free , unless you can code http:// but good luck with that.

You cannot get a free domain. You can get a free subdomain. Free hosting companies do not give you tons of space. They give you a limited amount, and you're limited on what you are allowed to do, so you only have a little control. They will also put ads on your pages. No such thing as forever. First thing to go will always be the free option.

I think Ronald is correct however i do use a web site http://www.webs.com/ but hey have limitations as mentioned. Google has one to play around as the same one that i have provided above but the hard thing is if someone is doing a search for your name chances are you will never be noticed unless you provide some link to your site. ( usually I provide a link for example like if i am selling something on Ebay they are directed straight to my site to view other items ) But i haven't used this for some time. I did a while ago got talking to someone on the net who did web page building just for fun and in his spare time and he did show me some of his handy artwork. It was quiet good and believe it or not it was all for free. That is the web page. However me saying all this......... With domain name, i think you will have to pay.
