How do i edit a picture to be like this?

How do I edit a picture to make it like a grid picture?

• Wanting to do that for my Formspring, but I don't know how! I do have all of the traditional photo edit sites, plus something called PhotoScape which I downloaded. So, does anyone know how I edit a pic to make it into a bunch if grid pics?
