it will be long story if u dont tell people what kind of website u need ..for funtion like u ask ,., the code u might need to learn is , (html) (php)/(asp)

You definately need html knowledge becasue you can't build a website without one. You don't need JAVA knowledge unless you're planning to include a few JAVA applets. With what you are trying to accomplish you will definately need a web scripting language....PHP is very popular and asp.net will work as well. A little javascript knowledge will go a long way as well.....In short, you need a lot of programming knowledge and some patience to build a complex website.
