How to create a website similar to http://www.realkerala.com or http://wwworealtyking.com using HTML?

Hello,i would like to create a website similar to http://www.realtyking.com or http://www.realkerala.com .How can i create one site similar to the above mentioned site using HTML.I also want the users to search for properties listed in my website using a search button.How to create a search option. Do i need to maintain a database for those type of websites. Another question realted to HTML :-- How to create a slideshow using HTML,in which i do not want auto-play,only next and previous buttons need to be there. I want the header and footer of the website to ne fixed,and when a user clicks "NEXT" button,the header and footer should remain there,and only the picture of the slideshow need to change.Each photo should have a corresponding "more info" button.How to make this possible using HTML only.

It's not possible to do this with just HTML. You will need to incorporate CSS and JavaScript as well. These sites probably also us a database. You can see how they did some of the site by right-clicking on the page and selecting "View Source" or "view Page Source".
