Generally, for anything involving transactions you need to be at least 18. In order to take payments online, you must sign (or digitally sign) a legally binding agreement, which you can't do it you're a minor. What a site costs depends entirely on where you're hosted. The host I use has a monthly payment option, but it's a lot cheaper to pay in full for two years (about $100 cheaper, in fact).

18 if you make the website yourself it can go past rather cheap actelly, to get a url for the site can be really cheap if your going to have someone make the site for you, then it can end up costing ALOT

In order to recieve payments you should be 18, but it is very easy to lie and get away with it . You can pay either monthly or yearly installments, need any help email me ill help with anything.

i dont think there is an age limit.. depending on the content of the site... if u're smart and rich anout at 10 years old to run a flash games website.. there should be nothing to stop u... if u want to run a porn website u have to be an adult usually 18 or 21 (depending on ur location)
