What website can i make my own website for free.?

  • i want to make a website of my own where i can put up pictures, videos, blogs, and make it a fun place to go onto. but these are the conditions: -it has to be free. everything. -it has to be safe. so if you have any websites to make your ur own website please give me the link, so i can look it up. thank you soo much to who ever answers my question! : )
