It's not all that tough. You need to determine where you want it hosted. The cheapest and most personal would be your own ISP. There are a number of places on the web that give you free space. Geocities.com comes to mind. To keep the difficulties of creating the page(s), you can use Netscape (free) in the composer mode to generate the HTML code you need automatically. It allows you to input the text, pictures and links as easily as if working in Word. If you also want your own domain name, you can get that most inexpensively at https://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/offers/cross_sell.asp?se=%2B&ci=6018 (about $7.00 to $9.00/yr) and that includes 100 email forwarders per domain. Hosting service from $3.19/mth. At that point your site, based on a unique domain name, will look totally professional. If there is a website you would like to clone, you can copy and paste that into Netscape and have it without extra work. Only the text will have to be altered

First you must have hosting to get on the web. The cheapest I've seen is $4.95/mo that uses about anything ie. cgi, php, jsp, mysql, etc. with free domain name and free set up. I like this part, cause I like to know what I pay ahead of time. I've used these guys a bunch, and I would only say good things about them. http://www.kqzyfj.com/email-1982041-10387606

1) you can learn HTML, the language used to build websites. 2) you can buy software that builds websites. 3) most website hosting companies offer this software free as part of the service.

Free hosting on www.tripod.com. They also help you build. You could also get a Myspace like everyone else in the world.

why don't you try Myspace first to get to know how to use HTML.
