How can I create, or have someone else create, a multimedia website on a budget?

Hi there .. i am a webdesigner .. what they r saying is true .. if u want something cool and prof u need to increase your budget a bit more .. - hosting + domain name for 1 year should cost u around $120 max .. - as for the designing and the flash and other pages .. will it will cost .. so u need to provide us with what u need to have on the website .. but in general u will need to pay about $500 . so total of around $600.. if u need any advice .. I'm not sure if that is US dollars but if you pay peanuts you will get monkeys! No web designer worth his salt would look at the kind of site you desire for less than about 10 times that. You get what you pay for and you are offering junk money.

hey threre, I hope i am not bursting your bubble... but from what i udnerstand you want a website designed to display your chic jewellery design and have flash animations. I am sure you might find someone to do for less than $100 but it won't be pretty. My advise: plan on investing atleast $200 to ahve your jewellery portfolio displayed in a nice and chic way. To host your website, it will cost you around $40 per year.
