I need expert advice to create a barcode system program using c++ language using class and inheritance?

  I'm not going to do your homework for you. It would be a disservice to you as well as the software engineering field in general. However, I will give you a hint. First, decide what objects you will need. A good starting place would be to pull out all of the nouns in the requirements description and use that as a starting place to define the basic objects your architecture will use. In this case I would use a "product" class that contains members for each of the attributes you need to keep track of (Hint #2: members can be objects as well.). Create a new instance of the product class and populate its members each time a new item is put in the database. Store these objects in the data structure of your choice. With a max of 10,000 items I think a btree using the product ID as the unique identifier would be a good choice.
