PHP:::::: How to code chat program in PHP?

I would like to create a web page ( using free domain offering sites like 110mb.com) where chatting is available . How to code chat in php? Since php gets input only via forms not like c or java. But in chatting continuously inputs have to be processed. If you have code just copy and paste it. But pls do not provide any URL. Or you just teach me how to implement chat. Thank you for answering .

Without giving you a URL, all I can do is tell you to look for ajax chatboxes. The entire code for putting chat to a web page is too much to post here. (You want AJAX [php on the server, Javascript on the client] so the user doesn't have to keep refreshing the page manually.) Most web chat apps, however, are written in Java (which is not Javascript), not php.
