What is the best low price web host?
-
my uncle's friend works in a company call Easy4host.com. I saw the deal it's really good. $200 set up fee, $50 monthly fee with 1000MB Details in this page: http://hosting.easy4host.com/ecommerce.html it comes with a package and i can learn how to use it and insert pictures and price myself. cool. this is the demo:http://demoshop.easy4host.net/ this is without a web design. but i want to create a professional clothing website. not this cheap looking page. he said you can add web design it will cost $1500. I was thinking asking china web designer to create HTML and make it look pretty it only cost $333. but my uncel's friend said to attach to this web host it still need the company employee to work on it it will still cost $1500. Any suggestion of a better lower price web host? or a web host that I can just use my own HTML?

Answer:
profusehost.net is pretty nice, and it is free. Has support for all the major programming languages. I also like x10hosting.com. Again it's free, offers a lot of bandwidth and storage, support for all the major programming languages. EDIT: If you need a good and free web editor, try out Kompozer. Kompozer.net It's free and makes nice web pages really easily. I've been growing to really love it.

Hostgator is Excellent web hosting company, 100% uptime, fast support team, fast servers, cPanel, the price is just right and better than other companies. Needless to say I have contacted them on a number of occasions and I never have to wait. I am planning to switch to their dedicated servers now. http://secure.hostgator.com/cgi-bin/affiliates/clickthru.cgi?id=webspace Coupon code "jury" - $9.94 Off

I would recommend using www.webhostintalk.com. Browse their forums, search for different hosts, etc. They are a huge hosting community with plenty of offers for different hosting packages such as co-location hosting, dedicated hosting, reseller hosting and so on. Check them out.

I suggest you try doing your own website. Most hosts now offer sitebuilder with predesigned templates that you can customize depending on the need of your website/business. My Webbie Hosting has that service. Try checking their predesigned templates which you can use FOR FREE when you purchase their Business Plan. The plan costs only $4.95/month, which already includes 15 G disk space, 300 G bandwidth, 100 email accounts, free domain name, etc. The company also guarantees one-hour ticket response time, 24/7 phone and ticket support, and 30-day money back.

There's a good site that can give some info on the best hosting company, plus cheap software (WYSIWYG Editor) to help build a good looking web site. I switched to their top pick for hosting (HostJacker.com), and it was the best thing I did this year. They have Great Tech Support! Go about halfway down this page to find the link to the software (123 WYSIWYG Editor) http://www.cheapprowebsite.com/step62.html Click the link at the bottom of the page to go to their Web Hosting Review blog. Good luck. Cheers, Jack

Don't go for the $1.99 special, try to find a trusted webhosting company. You are going to end up with a server that can't handle the traffic (limited) and a company that may never pick up the phone simply because they know they are bad. That's about the average todays webhosting with carts are usually 40 and up for something decent a month. Well you said lowest price, and used the work cheap looking page well it adds up here is why. If you don't pay a web designer or developer to make a custom cart layout then you end up with the "cheapy" template that most have and ya its not great for branding not to say it is impossible to sale on it. Html is cheap, I can create a cart page in html in a day with just paypal. Its the sideserver code (php, asp, or whatever you are using) that's extra and that is the whole function of a professional cart, which I also can do.

The most important thing, in my opinion, when it comes to hosting, is make sure you get excellent tech support. Especially if you are not terribly technically savvy. If you are not a technically-minded code geek (and who is, honestly), then you want to find a hosting company that is incredibly patient and is available all the time. So what you are going to be looking for is a really helpful, responsive hosting company that is just a phone call away. And when I say a phone call away, I mean a phone call away. Not some weird ticket system or website feedback form or Email support setup. We want someone who is there 24 hours a day with phone support so you can call them at 3:00 a.m. in the middle of the night if your website is offline for some reason, or if you have a question about some code that doesn't work, whatever. I like HostGator: http://www.erik-recommends.com/hostgator Anyways, hope this helps. Cheers, Erik
