Please tell me from where (website) i could get help on my project"Machine Translation-Malayalam to English"?

The project aims at reading a sentence in malayalam & converting it to its meaning in english using software.Any details about similiar project done in dravidian language(tamil,telungu) will be helpful.I plan to use JAVA. This is 1 year project done as a part of my M.tech programme
