How do you put a banner on a website?

• I'm creating a website and theirs multiple programs i want for certiain stuff but i dont know what they are. I'm wanting to know how to make different banners that are like mini videos of like 5 secs and how make banners by adding different people overlapping each other. Also, on my website im wanting to put videos on it, probably from veoh, but i dont know how to put it on my website like many other websites do like saiyanisland.com. for an exaple of a banner, here is a link to something similar to what i want . http://www.freewebs.com/narutofansiteno1...   If you want to create a complex web site and you like to make it the way you want it, it is best to learn HTML. http://www.w3schools.com/Html/default.asp is a good place to start. Alternatively, you can try content management systems and pick the one you like the most. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_content_management_systems is a list of content management system. About graphics, you can use flash for complex banners of gif for ordinary banners. Knowledge of HTML is a must I will say if you are thinking of a serious site.
