How to show image before executing javascript?

Call a function in javascript?

  • this is the code which i wrote ; i wrote this with all the HTML tags and all (did'nt show it here)- i am actually writing this to a different page. document.write ("<a href=\"javascript:image()\"/><img src=\"logoGOOCYJPG.jpg\"/></a>"); what happence here is that , when the user clicks on the image the image() function should be called. but it is not ... can some one plzz alter this code or, give me a better code where it serves the same purpose. please help :(

  • Answer:

Try to alter code this way - document.write ("<a href='javascript:image()'><... src='logoGOOCYJPG.jpg'></a>"); I hope this line is getting written in the HTML file and the image function is available at the same level. Providing you better answer is not possible unless you provide with more code.
