How to create a free flash website online?

How can I create a flash website to display my photography?

  • I've already purchased my domain name, thinking that it wouldn't be difficult to set up a page. Now I'm realizing that I have no clue what I'm doing. I've seen numerous photographers who showcase their work using flash website (which help protect against copy/pasting and 'save as' image theft). I've been hunting around online trying to find a free template or something that I could use, but either they cost much more than I'm willing to spend, or they don't look professional in any way. Can anyone tell me how other photographers create their websites to look like these? http://www.photographer.net.au/ http://www.amyboslerphotos.com/ http://www.ashleyannphotography.com/ (especially the last one) I'm not really sure where to even begin, and as I don't have a booming business, I'd rather not invest a ton of money into it. If anyone can help me out with some pointers, tutorials, free templates, or possibly creating something for me, I'd reallly appreciate it! Thanks!

    I KNOW WHO MADE THAT SITE YOU LIKE.. It is a template! it was made at http://www.bludomain.com you can purchase it for $400. I learned this because i have a client photographer who used their flash template, http://www.renaiphoto.com The setback is that it is hard to have a full flash template to rank well on the search engine. Which is why for the site I mentioned above, i created some regular pages to help with this issue (a contact form, a link page).

You will definitely need a web site built and hosted. Visit hostmysite.com or any number of hosts out there for reasonably priced hosting plans. Then you need a design, do a search for "web site templates" and you will find a lot, some free and some not.
