Free and easy? You Need CutePDF (same function like Distiller as printer driver to produce a PDF). 1st using Word to create the document, addjust all the settings (Header & Footer, Page Number, etc). 2nd Print the document, select CutePDF as the printer. And done. Another options, which is realy Free is using OpenOffice.Org. OppenOffice.Org can import your document straight to PDF. Use Writer to create/open your document adjust all the settings (Header & Footer, Page Number, etc) and import as PDF.

If you are starting with a pdf document you must first convert it to Word (Google pdf to word converter). Them edit the document in Word, OpenOffice, or other compatible word processor to add the header. Then convert it back to pdf.

I know there is a free tool to add page numbers to PDF files with no watermarks: A-PDF Number. The program is totally free on adding page number, you can use it either personally or commercially for free. If you need some future functions such as batch number, or set continuous pagination on many PDF files, the tool named "A-PDF Number Pro" would be the right software.

Use a pop up blocker to block it. http://popup-stoping.com or you can block it manually under the steps. Step1 Press the Esc key one time. If this does not help, press Ctrl, Alt, and Delete keys all at the same time. If a programs screen appears, select end task and left click your mouse one time. If another screen appears select end task and left click your mouse one more time. Hopefully your mission is accomplished with this five second procedure. Step2 If step one worked for you, you'll probably have to do it again each time you connect to the Internet, but only once per visit, until you go into your computer and delete this file that keeps popping up from your computer. Step3 If the above procedure is working for you, great. However, they may return again as invisible pop ups. When you're computer appears to be stalling for longer than normal, try the above procedure again, to see if the same program screen reappears. (Invisible pop ups are done away with in the same manner). Step4 If the procedure mentioned above did not help, disconnect from the Internet. Press Start, then control panel, then Internet preferences. Delete cookies and search history. Step5 If the above attempts were not enough, delete the user name and use another one. Step6 If the above attempts were not enough yet, your computer is infected spyware. Scan your Spyware/Adaware http://popup-stoping.com Step 7 If IE pop up,you can manage your IE by using Cleaner tool. Remmend: http://popup-stoping.com/IEHospital/
