Comcast throttles your bit-torrent connections and is talking about charging users for how much they download. This is a problem for pirates, but it's also a problem for anyone who watches streaming HD content from the web more than they watch TV. Plus in order to tell that you even have bit-torrent connections they have to spy on your data which is a breach of privacy. I wouldn't give them a dollar, much less sign a contact. I don't like my ISP peeking in on what I do online. So far, AT&T is not guilty of any of this. So far.
