How could i set up accepting payments through Paypal when i don't need an online store, but...?

my customer just wants to sell some information for money. He wants a certain page to be viewed only after the customer has paid through paypal. Is there code i can buy or just take to set up a module like that? It must be easy but i have never dealt with it, so i am not sure.

Yes, you can go to paypal , there under the merchant tools is where you can build a link to paypal that brings up all the needed purchase information.... just copy and paste the link info into your page and it should give you a pay with paypal button for them to press.. also they should give you code in the developer section that you can use to check on paypal for payments and then go from there...

Hi, The customers will buy this information once or they will make an account for a period of time? PayPal Subscriptions and Recurring Payments is the best i think in this case. And you can make a restricted area which users can see see only after they are activated. You can use another payment method http://www.verotel.com/t12000-en.html which send the money directly to the bank account and accepts also Visa Mastercard and all others. Best regards
