I may have this wrong and misunderstood the question but isnt it View then Text size?

press F11 or go to your control panel and check zoom.

click on the page, press the CTRL key and roll the scroll wheel on your mouse. With the new Internet Exporer 7 it also changes the size of your pictures.

if u have a mouse scroll on ur mouse. (thats right he one that looks like a doughnut in the middle of the 2 clicky things) scroll that up or down while pressing CTRL on ur keyboard to adjust the size.

In IE6: View - > Text size -> choose ur size of text In IE7: Increase the Zoom

click on view .select text size and choose large size, etc..

well, u can see up at the toolbar (file.edit.view.fav....) just click at the view and the go to text size, and then just choose which u prefer. oh and this is just 1 of the method. (not to mention internet explorer7 type)
