I use www.hostingmommy.com They have cheap domain name registration, cheap hosting, over plans for specific time periods and has a bunch of free features such as domain parking, and free hosting and email with every domain name registration. Basically you can have you site up and running and then once customer approves upgrade the plan. They have site builder tools.( WYSIWYG editor) They also have free ad-don tools such as CMS ( Drupal, joomla!, MediaWiki etc) These are all beneficial as it allows your customers to manage their own content via web page once you have it all setup.
