Assuming you can run the site on a single box, you can use any reputable hosting company. If it's too large for them, hire a permanent staff (which you're going to need anyway) and task them with setting it up and maintaining it. I believe you'd have to get a business internet connection through an ISP or rent bandwith from a telecom directly. A home internet connection generally isn't good enough to handle a high traffic web server, and it would probably be against your contract.
